You may use immiio only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity performed under your account
• Ensuring that any information you submit is accurate and lawful
• Using the platform in compliance with immigration, privacy, and data-handling laws in your region

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

3. Data and Content

You retain full ownership of the information you upload to immiio. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim rights to your documents, client data, or case information.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

We work to maintain reliable access to the platform, however:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may update, modify, or enhance the platform at any time
• We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons

immiio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

5. Third-Party Integrations

immiio may include integrations with third-party services, such as Google Calendar. Use of these integrations is optional. By enabling them, you authorize immiio to interact with those services to provide the related functionality.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third-party services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If your organization is on a paid plan:

• Fees are billed according to the plan you selected
• You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law

We may change pricing with notice, and changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your subscription remains unpaid
• We detect misuse or security threats

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end, but you may request a copy or deletion of your stored data according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, immiio is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Issues caused by third-party integrations or user error

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which immiio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
